These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Freeposts LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the MillionaireOS mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use MillionaireOS. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. The service
MillionaireOS is a gamified financial literacy application. It teaches concepts related to credit, stocks, real estate, and personal finance through interactive lessons and a simulated in-app economy. Users may complete lessons, earn simulated currency, and use that currency in a fictional in-app market to buy simulated assets.
3. The in-app economy is simulated
This section is the most important part of these Terms, and we want to be unambiguous about it:
- All in-app currency, properties, stocks, businesses, and other assets within MillionaireOS are fictional and have no real-world monetary value.
- Simulated transactions inside the app are not real transactions and do not result in actual financial gain or loss.
- You cannot withdraw, transfer, sell, or convert in-app currency or in-app assets into real money or anything of real-world value.
- Losses, gains, prices, and outcomes shown in the app are illustrative and do not reflect actual market conditions.
4. Not financial advice
Content in MillionaireOS — including lessons, modules, in-app news, and simulated economy outcomes — is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is not, and should not be construed as, financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.
Before making any real-world financial decision, consult a qualified professional who is licensed in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from MillionaireOS, and we disclaim all liability for such decisions.
5. Your account
To use most features, you need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when you register
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or otherwise pose a risk to the Service or other users.
6. Premium subscription
MillionaireOS offers an optional paid premium subscription that unlocks additional features.
Billing and payment
Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play Store (for Android users). When you purchase a subscription, you agree to the payment terms of the applicable app store. We do not directly process or store your payment information.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your payment method will be charged the then-current subscription rate at the start of each new period.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to premium features until that date, but you will not be charged again.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the App Store or Google Play, not directly by us. Please contact Apple or Google support for refund inquiries. We may, at our sole discretion, offer credits or refunds in unusual circumstances, but we are not obligated to do so.
Price changes
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any price change will apply to future billing periods, not the period you are currently in. We will notify you of price changes before they take effect.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behaviors to gain unfair advantages
- Sell, trade, or transfer your account or in-app items to anyone else
- Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service, including by introducing malware or attempting to overload our servers
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Use the Service in any way that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party
8. Intellectual property
MillionaireOS, including all content, designs, code, graphics, text, sound, audio, video, branding, trademarks, and software, is owned by Freeposts LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not give you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
9. User-generated content
If the Service allows you to submit content (such as profile information, messages, or community posts), you grant Freeposts LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit any content you provide.
10. Third-party services
The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (such as the App Store, Google Play, or external websites). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that third party's terms.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at any particular time, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freeposts LLC and its members, officers, agents, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any event, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Freeposts LLC and its members, officers, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use or misuse of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also delete your account by contacting support@freepostsllc.com or using any in-app deletion option we provide.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
16. Dispute resolution
Most concerns can be resolved by contacting us at support@freepostsllc.com. We will try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally before any formal proceeding is initiated.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any legal action arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
18. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Freeposts LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, internet or telecommunications outages, or government actions).
