This Privacy Policy explains how Freeposts LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the MillionaireOS mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Service.
By using MillionaireOS, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
MillionaireOS is operated by Freeposts LLC, a single-member limited liability company organized in the State of Indiana, United States. Our principal office is located at 3815 River Crossing Parkway, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
You can contact us at support@freepostsllc.com with any questions about this policy or your data.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Account information — when you create an account, we collect your email address, password (stored encrypted), and any profile details you choose to add (such as display name or onboarding preferences).
- Communications — if you contact us by email or in-app support, we receive the content of your message and any information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — lessons completed, in-app simulated currency balances, simulated investment activity, streaks, trophies, and other in-app actions.
- Device information — device type, operating system version, app version, language, and approximate region (derived from IP address).
- Diagnostic data — crash reports, error logs, and performance metrics used to keep the app working.
Information from third parties
- App stores — when you purchase a premium subscription, Apple App Store or Google Play Store processes the transaction and provides us with a confirmation that the purchase occurred and a subscription identifier. We do not see or store your payment card information.
- Authentication providers — if you sign in using a third-party provider (such as Apple), we receive a unique identifier and, depending on your settings, your email address.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
- Authenticate you and keep your account secure
- Track your progress, save your in-app simulated economy state, and synchronize across devices
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
- Send you transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, important Service updates)
- Diagnose and fix technical issues
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. How we share your information
We share information only as described below:

Legal requirements
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or governmental request; to protect our rights or property; to investigate fraud or security issues; or to protect the safety of our users or the public.
Business transfers
If Freeposts LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you and provide reasonable choices before any such transfer makes your information subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, tax or accounting records) or reasonably necessary to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
- Access — request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate information
- Deletion — request that we delete your account and associated data

7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
8. Children
MillionaireOS is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@freepostsllc.com and we will delete the information promptly.

These may include the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
